As a sideline, I sell little wares/swag featuring the art from my works or art featuring famous authors and quotations and so forth.  These wares can be found at Here are a few of the wares you can find there. Click on each image to be taken to its page. Don’t forget there are a lot more besides these. Shop around while on the site. I will add more here from time to time. Enjoy.

Among the many types of merchandise you will find are coffee cups and mugs, t-shirts, bumper stickers, wine bottle labels, posters, face masks, notebooks, greeting cards, postcards, and much more, Many of these are designed to be used by children and have fun designs and illustrations.  Some of the designs are my own abstract designs rooted in abstract expressionism or prints of my paintings or of my photographs of wildlife. Some of the bumper stickers, t-shirts, and mugs feature quotations from famous authors such as Edgar Allan Poe or H.P. Lovecraft (naturally many of my literary items have a horror theme as that is the genre that first interested me).

Several of the face masks have playful designs to help ease the tension, stress, and anxiety that many children may be feeling during the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. These often have encouraging, positive captions and are designed for either a child to wear or for an adult to wear when in the company of a child.

Not all of my designs are for children, however. Some are for adults (though they are not “adult” in the negative sense). Anything that might be inappropriate for children or for being near a child has been rated accordingly and will be filtered out of search results unless you are looking for something of that nature.  These items might show or mention alcohol (particularly wine) or other subject matter suitable for people of a certain maturity.

A few of my wares deal with social issues such as gay rights or the LGBTQ community.

Many of my latest items deal with the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic and remind people to keep their social distance or take other preventive measures. A few are in German or other languages.

The majority of these designs come from when I was experimenting with digital art, digital photography, wildlife photography, photoshop, and other periods of my life. I hope to add more literary and horror based before long.

In essence, my designs consist primarily of those subjects that happen to interest me or strike my fancy for some reason at a given moment an are there quite eclectic.

By the way, you may be wondering where the word “maekju” in my web address originates. It’s the Korean word for beer. I have been to Korea and used to enjoy Korean beer. However, I stopped drinking in 2015 and haven’t had beer since then.
