Myths & Monsters

I have watched four episodes of Myths & Monsters (hosted by Nicholas Day) on Netflix so far today. I am really hooked on it. Too bad there are only six episodes. It is is a look at the mythology behind Western culture. Excellent series. I hope there are more to come. The last episode I saw talked about (among other topics like Dido and Aeneas) the story of Jason and Medea and how Euripides’s play was probably received in ancient Athens. Great stuff!
